Meet Rosey, our beloved Executive Wellness Director at Culpepper&Co. Rescued during the pandemic by two passionate college interior architecture students, Rosey quickly became an integral part of our team with her infectious spirit and unwavering support. From the moment she came home, it was clear that she had a special role to play in fostering a nurturing atmosphere for her owners and their burgeoning design dreams. 

Before Culpepper&Co. was even launched, Rosey assumed her position as our wellness director, instinctively understanding the importance of balance and well-being in the fast-paced world of design. She recognized the love and support her human counterparts needed, and her dedication to creating a holistic environment has made her more than qualified for her role. 

Every day, Rosey ensures that team members take their wellness walks, encouraging them to stay active and rejuvenate amidst their creative endeavors. Her presence offers emotional support both in and out of the office, reminding us of the importance of self-care and connection with nature.
